About the role
- The role is hybrid and based out of the Tempe, AZ office (3 days per week onsite), partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across all three locations.
- The ideal candidate brings strong full‑cycle recruiting experience, demonstrates flexibility across role types, and is comfortable shifting between professional and technical searches in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, talent mapping, competitive research, and passive‑candidate engagement.
- Leverage AI‑driven tools, data insights, and ATS capabilities (e.g., Ashby) to optimize sourcing workflows, pipeline visibility, and decision‑making.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and functional leaders to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on hiring expectations.
- Drive full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, and offer support.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on search progress, pipeline quality, and hiring timelines.
- Deliver a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional representation of Gen's brand.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to inform search strategy, improve pipeline quality, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Support onboarding coordination and transition activities for newly hired employees.

Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting mid‑ to senior‑level professional and/or technical talent in competitive markets.
Skills
- Full‑cycle recruiting and sourcing expertise
- Strong AI fluency and data literacy
- Hands‑on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
