Responsibilities
- Serve as a technology expert supporting business applications and intelligent document processing solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend technology solutions.
- Support the development, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of new and existing systems.
- Work with document ingestion, classification, extraction, and validation processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize technologies such as Python, SQL, JSON, and Azure Document Intelligence to support document-processing initiatives.
- Develop and execute testing plans, track issues, and report results throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with internal partners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Support automation efforts involving financial, invoice, and operational documents while improving data accuracy and usability.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret detailed information and provide recommendations that support business strategies and objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support project releases and ongoing system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and not hold any type of Visa.
- Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

- Python, SQL, and JSON experience.
- Experience with business applications, system enhancements, testing, and implementations.
- Familiarity with Xceptor or comparable document-processing platforms.
- Experience with project management methodologies, testing, and release implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong leadership, influence, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business applications.

Compensation
- $71,400.00 - $84,000.00
