Responsibilities
- Primary Purpose Lead the Talent Acquisition team in implementing and measuring recruiting strategies that support regional workforce objectives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and operational direction to Talent Acquisition Specialists while partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership, HR, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to address hiring challenges and deliver effective talent acquisition solutions.
- Leverage data, performance metrics, and technology to identify opportunities, improve recruiting effectiveness, optimize service delivery, and support the achievement of short- and long-term talent acquisition goals.
- Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate Talent Acquisition Specialists.
