About the role
- This is a high-impact role to scale our global AP functions through AI transformation, system improvements and enhanced internal controls.
- Accounting Manager and has the opportunity to be based in one of our hubs, including San Ramon, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage global AP and T&E operations, including vendor management, invoice processing, payment execution, and employee reimbursements across our U.S. and international entities.
- Manage our corporate credit card programs.
- Manage vendor relations, serving as the primary escalation point for internal and external inquiries.
- Manage month-end AP close process, reconcile discrepancies and provide resolutions, to ensure completeness and accuracy of AP balances across all entities.
- Partner with the Accounting team on vendor accruals, and perform flux analysis for assigned accounts at month-end and quarter-end.
- Manage U.S. 1099 Reporting and partner with external accounting providers for jurisdictional compliance matters.
- Maintain audit-ready AP documentation, supporting external auditors with AP related requests, and contribute to strong adherence of internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement to resolve issues and improve end-to-end process through an AI-first lens.

- NetSuite or other ERP experience required
- Experiences with ZIP, Bill.com, Brex or similar software strongly preferred.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency AP operations.
- NetSuite or other ERP experience required; Experiences with ZIP, Bill.com, Brex or similar software strongly preferred.
- Process-minded and curious, with experience leveraging AI and AP automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
