About the role

Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to other support staff on the practice team.
- The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for providing support and assistance to clinical staff in the management of medication ordering and delivery.

Requirements
- Must have completed Pharmacy Technician requirements and have Certified Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT) or equivalent.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- High School graduate or GED required.
- Skills/Abilities: Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Education: High School graduate or GED required.
- Current valid and unrestricted pharmacy technician license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
- Excellent communication skills in English as well as basic reading and math skills.
- Computer proficiency with an electronic medical record.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Displays outstanding customer service skills when interacting with patients, outside providers, referral sources, or others.
