About the role
- The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for developing strategic relationships with employers, human resources leaders, benefits departments, health plans, brokers, and community organizations to increase awareness and utilization of ROWI's behavioral health services.
- This role focuses on helping employers support the mental health needs of their employees' children and families.
- By partnering with organizations whose health plans include ROWI as an in-network provider, the Director will create opportunities for employees to access life-changing behavioral health services for their children and adolescents while gaining critical parenting skills and family support resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies that increase awareness of ROWI's services among employees and their families.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate partners and strategic referral relationships.
- Promote awareness of available treatment options and support services.
- Support strategic growth initiatives that increase access to care for children and families.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.

- Help employers address the growing need for child and adolescent behavioral healthcare resources.
- Community Outreach and Business Development Represent ROWI at employer, healthcare, education, and community events.
- Build relationships with chambers of commerce, employer associations, community organizations, and healthcare stakeholders.
