Ideal attorney Active Virginia bar license in good standing.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
3+ years of estate planning experience, including Medicaid asset protection.
Comfortable managing legal matters independently and conducting virtual client consultations.
Multi-state bar licensure preferred.
