About the role

  • The Compliance & Government Contract Supervisor is a senior, full-time role responsible for ensuring Anthos|Home meets all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations while also leading the organization's government contract procurement strategy.
  • The Supervisor will work collaboratively with program staff, finance, operations, development, and senior leadership to embed practical compliance protocols into daily operations and proactively pursue government funding that advances Anthos|Home's mission.
  • The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and nimble-someone who brings compliance rigor but thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
