Lead, supervise, and support a team of 15-20 electricians and electrical leads
Train, mentor, and develop electricians and apprentices
Collaborate with field leaders, project management, and manufacturing teams to meet production goals
Minimum 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or crew lead experience

Candidates MUST have at least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience and hold a current Journeyman Electrician license.
Commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred.
Current Journeyman Electrician license required
Experience leading manufacturing, prefab, industrial construction, or electrical production teams strongly preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
