About the role
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale plumbing installations, renovations, and maintenance projects, with a thorough understanding of New Hampshire plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Multi-Residential Expertise: Handle plumbing for multi-unit dwellings including water distribution, waste systems, and fixture installations.
- Fixture & Equipment Setup: Install water heaters, boilers, pumps, and other commercial-grade plumbing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, apartment complexes, and mixed-use developments.
Requirements
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections passed. 📋 Qualifications & Requirements Licensing Valid NH Journeyman Plumber license required.
- NH Gas fitter license preferred but not required.
- Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial plumbing and multi-residential projects.
Compensation
- $38k-$48k
