About the role
- About the job: The GCMS Client Implementation Associate will be providing a single point of contact and accountability for implementing new accounts and Cash Management services to Corporate clients in multiple geographies.
- In addition, will coordinate with different teams in Latin America and Europe to ensure delivery of service is completed within agreed upon timeframes.
- Schedule client kick-off meetings and participate in weekly touch points with technical teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Creating document packages needed for implementing Global Cash Management Treasury products and obtaining set-up details and executed documents from clients.
- Manage client communications and follow up items. (Virtual and in person if needed).
- Create and present sample project plans and custom onboarding PowerPoint decks that educate prospective clients about the onboarding journey from inception to transition to Global Customer Service.
- Support Global Cash Management Sales Executives with reporting, presentations or requests for proposals and/or client calls.
- Gather client concerns/comments regarding product gaps once implementation has been completed to create future business cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience and familiarity in Treasury Cash Management Products in Payables, Receivables, account reporting, SWIFT, APIs, Host to Host and Liquidity for 4+ years
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent objectives, projects or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Employment eligibility to work with BBVA in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions
- Project Management Professional (PMP), or Agile Scrum Certification is an asset
- Experience leading client projects and building excellent client experience
- Strong project management skills
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely in all aspects of the job and with multiple audiences in mind.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Capacity to quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities
