About the role

- You'll also champion our users' voices internally, ensuring their perspectives shape our product evolution.
- This is a full time role based at our San Francisco Hub.
Responsibilities
- Develop written, visual, and video resources that reflect how modern teams actually design and build, from early exploration to production-ready systems
- Regularly present at industry meetups, conferences, and community events, sharing practical insights from real-world design work
- Stay attuned to community feedback, sentiment, and emerging design trends-advocating internally to inform product decisions and improvements

Requirements
- Must be comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time to connect with our community in person.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex workflows or systems clearly - and a track record of confidently engaging large audiences in public speaking settings
- Additionally, if hired you will be required to attend in person onboarding.

Compensation
- $153,000 - $317,000 USD
- If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
- Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
- For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
- Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
