Responsibilities
- Develop Automated Performance Test Scripts.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, and other relevant tools.
- Provide detailed performance analysis reports and present findings to performance test lead.
- Assist in developing scalable automation solutions for ongoing performance testing needs.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of experience
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LoadRunner/JMeter, and performance analysis tools to ensure our systems operate at peak efficiency.
- Ideal candidate must be able to articulate and report findings effectively so that the system can be continuously improved.
Nice to have
- Selenium exposure.
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science.

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in performance engineering and automated testing.
- Strong experience in LoadRunner (Controller, VuGen, Performance Center), and API performance testing.
- Expertise in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, SiteScope, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in database performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Web, Citrix, Click & Script, SOAP, RTE, and SAPGUI protocols for performance testing.
- Experience in Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Must Have:
- Load Runner/JMeter hands on experience.
- Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.
