Responsibilities

  • Develop Automated Performance Test Scripts.
  • Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, and other relevant tools.
  • Provide detailed performance analysis reports and present findings to performance test lead.
  • Assist in developing scalable automation solutions for ongoing performance testing needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience
  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LoadRunner/JMeter, and performance analysis tools to ensure our systems operate at peak efficiency.
  • Ideal candidate must be able to articulate and report findings effectively so that the system can be continuously improved.

Nice to have

  • Selenium exposure.
  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in performance engineering and automated testing.
  • Strong experience in LoadRunner (Controller, VuGen, Performance Center), and API performance testing.
  • Expertise in monitoring tools like Dynatrace, SiteScope, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in database performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of Web, Citrix, Click & Script, SOAP, RTE, and SAPGUI protocols for performance testing.
  • Experience in Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Must Have:
  • Load Runner/JMeter hands on experience.
  • Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.
