Responsibilities
- Analyze data to develop quarterly experience reports and renewal projections
- Maintain and update client files in our broker management system (e.g., EPIC)
- Perform account audits and coordinate with insurance carriers as needed

Compensation
- The expected salary range for this position is $58,000 to $65,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
Benefits
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Producers to service and retain benefits clients
- Support clients via phone or in person with benefit inquiries and complex claims
- Troubleshoot issues and help administer clients' benefit plans
- Assist with cross-selling and upselling HUB's benefits solutions
- 1-2 years of group benefits experience, with exposure to renewals and underwriting
- Knowledge of Canadian group benefits plans and financial requirements
