About the role
- You will be a trusted advisor to clients navigating some of the most consequential decisions of their lives, and you will be expected to bring the full weight of your legal judgment to every case.
- You will work closely with our legal leadership, operations, and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Own your caseload
- Manage a full range of employment-based immigration matters: EB-1A/B, EB-2 NIW, O-1A/B, H-1B, L-1, PERM, TN, E-2, and beyond
- Anticipate issues before they become problems - surface risk early, communicate proactively, and drive cases to resolution
- Deliver an exceptional client experience
- Own escalations on your cases from intake through resolution
- Collaborate with product and operations to surface tooling needs and workflow improvements
- Support new clients
- Direct access to legal leadership and a front-row seat to building an AI-native law firm from the ground up
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing employment-based immigration law
Compensation
