About the role
- This position requires duties to be performed 100% onsite.
- Duties include but are not limited to shipping, receiving, letter fulfillment, transcript fulfillment and facilities.
- Provides coverage for receptionist, including receiving/directing incoming calls, and maintaining/scheduling the Corporate Services Hotline
Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision, provides support to all departments/companies and ensures that all functions are carried out daily with no interruptions to business processes.
- Manages mail letter templates, programs new letter templates and works with the various business units and external vendors to test letters
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- 1-2 years of office/business clerical experience
- 1+ years' experience working in mail services or a facilities environment
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Compensation
- Performs shipping and receiving activities including incoming and outgoing mail, overnight mail, inter-office mail as well as sorting and batching Wage Withholding orders
