About the role
- As a Software Engineering Intern at Lance, you'll work directly with our founding engineers on the core systems powering our AI agents.
- This is a hands-on, on-site role at our SF office.
- Improving reliability, latency, and observability across our agent platform
Responsibilities
- You'll ship real features (not small projects) and have meaningful ownership over the things you build.
- Designing backend systems and APIs that support multi-step task execution across the hospitality tech stack
Requirements
- Strong CS fundamentals and experience with Python and/or TypeScript
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Our agents answer calls, close sales, coordinate housekeeping, and execute complex multi-step tasks, all by navigating existing hotel software the same way a human would (no APIs or integrations required).
Compensation
- $6k-$8k
