- 10+ years related work experience in Software Engineering, including supervision of Managers
- Trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders
- Strong understanding of software engineering delivery models, SDLC practices, and operational excellence principles.
- Excellent communication, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Someone with experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Someone with experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and cloud-native engineering practices
- Someone familiar with Guidewire platforms or enterprise core systems modernization
- Someone with an MBA or advanced technical/business degree preferred
