About the role
- This position offers 12-hour day/night rotating shifts.
- This position works a rotating schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off.

Responsibilities
- Ensure all equipment are operating within design and/or plant standards.
- Conduct and document repair and preventative/predictive maintenance tasks.
- Takes work direction from the Department Lead Hand and the Department Supervisor.
- The ability to effectively organize work in a production scheduled environment in cooperation with other departments and personnel; lead or follow as requested by departmental or factory leadership.
Requirements
- High School Graduate with 8 years Industrial Maintenance Electrician experience
- Practical experience in industrial manufacturing and instrumentation, measurement, automation, and control

- Work shift schedules as required
- Work shift schedules as required; adapt break times to meet job and production requirements.
- Red Seal Electrician.
- Understanding and applying Safe work procedures and apply safety control measures.
- PLC, HMI, Networking.
- lead or follow as requested by departmental or factory leadership.
- Advanced Trouble Shooting skills focused on analytical root cause analysis and machine problem resolution.
- Motivated continuous learner committed to achieving goals and building value for factory processes and/or for self, team, factory, and organizational development.
