- This role works closely with manufacturing teams, inventory, engineering, and leadership to ensure customer orders are completed on time and production goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer orders and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to actively manage and adjust schedules to maintain on-time delivery.
- Communicate with Team Leads and Department Supervisors regarding material availability, delays, and schedule changes.
- Address quality, service, and delivery issues and support corrective action efforts.
- Maintain records related to material inventory, work-in-progress, and production status.
- Initiate material requisitions and purchase orders as necessary to support production requirements.
- Perform system transactions to record movement of materials between operations and into finished goods.
- Track and report key manufacturing metrics such as cycle time and support efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Support training and cross-training initiatives to ensure employees meet departmental and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience or;
- 8 years related experience with no degree or;
- Must be able to support operational needs across departments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts or days as required.
- Performs tasks requiring advanced proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook and MFGPro/QAD.
- Verify materials delivered to production meet required specifications when necessary.
- Proficiency in the use of ERP and Shop Floor Control systems.
Skills
- Possesses an advanced understanding of MRP (material requirements planning) tools and techniques.
- Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds

- Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
Compensation
- : USD 60,000.00 - USD 75,000.00
