About the role
- Department: Sales Location: Olando FL Job Type: Full-time
- The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring effective execution across assigned retail accounts. This role focuses on sales performance and customer relationship management to optimize product availability, visibility, and overall account performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned territory and execute daily store visits according to established routes and schedules
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities, recommending orders, and supporting promotional programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
- Support execution of promotional programs, including placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials and secondary displays when applicable
- Maintain accurate and timely records of store visits, activities, and performance using company systems
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and support customer onboarding when applicable
Requirements
- Ability to travel daily within assigned territory
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

- High School Diploma or GED required
- college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail (CPG preferred)
