Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-grade data pipelines using modern orchestration tools like Airflow or dbt.
- Optimize data models for performance and cost-efficiency within cloud environments.
- Perform code reviews and mentor Core Engineers to ensure high standards of "getting sh*t done".
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to ensure data readiness for advanced modeling.
- Implement data security and privacy best practices in line with global standards.
- You will design and implement scalable data solutions that bridge the gap between raw information and actionable marketing insights.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques (e.g., Star Schema, Data Vault).
- Ability to act fast and adapt to the evolving needs of global brands.
- Rate is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact.

- Proven experience in designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines in a professional environment.
- The anticipated hourly range for this position is $65 hourly. Rate is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we're flexible.
