About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead field crews in performing battery storage system work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with CES's code of conduct.
  • Perform and support installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs of battery energy storage systems.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections on newly onboarded BESS sites.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities where CES can elevate its quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • In addition, because CES supports projects throughout several regions, employees must be adaptable and ready to work in new areas whenever project schedules require.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to wear all required PPE.
