About the role
- We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader to lead the development of advanced InP-based semiconductor laser products for data communication applications.
- This role requires deep expertise in semiconductor laser physics, demonstrated success bringing products from concept through production, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional development programs across multiple sites.
- Depending on organizational needs and the candidate's experience, this position may initially have direct management responsibility for a team of engineers or may initially function primarily as a senior technical leader with management responsibilities expanding over time.
