About the role

Join Zillow as a Senior ServiceNow Developer and help shape the internal systems that power how work gets done.
Serve as a senior technical expert for the ServiceNow platform by setting engineering standards, reviewing code, and mentoring teammates.

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve employee productivity and support Zillow's internal business operations.
Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Partner with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and guide tradeoff decisions.
Monitor platform performance and use analytics and reporting to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support system reliability.
Drive operational excellence by identifying root causes, reducing technical debt, and recommending scalable improvements across the platform.
This team partners across Product, People, Technology, and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure solutions that improve day-to-day productivity across the company.

You bring strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, administration, and core capabilities, with experience across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, Integration Hub, and Virtual or AI Agents.
You have deep technical expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $160,900.00 - $257,100.00 annually.
The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

The Enterprise Applications Engineering team builds and supports the internal platforms and tools that help Zillow employees work more efficiently.
