About the role

  • As an owner-operator, we're committed to creating vibrant destinations that bring people and brands together.
  • This position is responsible for reviewing deal structures for accuracy and completeness, maintaining data integrity across financial and operational systems, and serving as the Leasing team's resource for the Yardi application.
  • Working under the direction of leasing operations leadership, the Analyst ensures deals are accurate, complete, and ready for executive review, supporting reliable rent rolls, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Leasing, Finance and Asset Management teams to review deal structures for financial accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and approval requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of lease data entered into Yardi and related systems to support rent rolls, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain controls to ensure consistency with lease terms and accounting treatment including CAM, TI allowances, rent commencement, and escalations.
  • Implement and refine standard operating procedures governing lease review, approvals, and system workflows.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Property Management, and Accounting to ensure seamless lease execution and operational compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing operations, lease administration, commercial real estate, or a related analytical role required.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and present to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret complex lease documents and translate terms into financial/accounting impact.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex data analysis.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Yardi or comparable real estate management systems strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary type: Exempt
  • Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
  • Annual Base Salary Range: $65,000- $85,000
  • Annual Bonus: 10%
