About the role
- Job Title: Manufacturing Associate I Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site) As a Manufacturing Associate I, you will help produce life-saving therapeutic proteins in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- This role follows a 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a rotating schedule of alternating days: two on, two off, three on, two off, two on, three off (repeating cycle).
- With 30+ sites across five continents, our globally connected teams work together every day to manufacture the medicines of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Set up and support cleaning processes, including CIP and SIP
- Perform basic lab tasks such as monitoring pH, conductivity, and testing samples
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
- Support team activities, meetings, and continuous improvement efforts
- Hands-on training and skill-building
Requirements
- Ability to follow procedures in a regulated environment
- Comfort working in a hands-on production setting
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred
