About the role
- Our personal care and household product portfolio includes baby diapers, wipes, feminine pads, paper towels, bath tissue, adult incontinence products, laundry detergents, fabric finishers, and dishwash solutions.
- In addition, we manufacture certain raw materials and components used in the manufacturing of these products, including flexible print and packaging solutions.
- This position is responsible for all aspects of the Quality Technician role listed below in a flexible capacity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough understanding of QC test methods and quality systems related to product testing and associated systems.
- Maintain quality database in support of Operation's needs and quality System.
- Maintain QC records.
- Effectively manage On Hold area through efforts to obtain timely disposition of materials.
- Provide support for Customer audits of FQP&P business/quality systems.
- Performs other duties as necessary when directed to do so.
Requirements
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities as it relates to Quality is required.
Nice to have
- Related Associates Degree a plus, high school diploma required with at least 3 years experience in a Quality related position.
- Quality Certifications are a plus.
Compensation
- Provide training and annual re-certification of Operations team members QC testing procedures/requirements.
- As such, First Quality provides at least annual training regarding data privacy and security to employees who, as a result of their role specifications, may come in to contact with sensitive data.

- We are seeking a Quality Technician for our First Quality Print & Packaging facility located in Anderson, SC.
- Responsible to ensure coverage for the department.
- This includes working 12-hour shifts on both days and nights when necessary for coverage.
