About the role
- Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role translates strategic direction into measurable outcomes through strong leadership across strategy execution, organizational operations, financial stewardship, and stakeholder engagement.
- As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for these key functions: Strategic Leadership Shape and advance the long-term vision and priorities of the KCBIA.
- Identify emerging economic, regulatory, and social trends affecting the downtown business district and provide analysis and recommendations to the Board.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Board-approved strategic plan and translate priorities into actionable operational initiatives.
- Develop and execute multi-year strategies supporting economic vitality, district competitiveness, and downtown revitalization.
- Lead staff, consultants, contractors, and volunteers.
