About the role
- We are currently seeking a Plant Administrator to join our Copper Cliff Mine Complex in Sudbury.
Responsibilities
- Provide office administration and IT support, including setup/decommissioning and ZES lock box forms.
- Maintain plant bulletin boards, intranet content, and distribute printed communications.
- Employee Support:
- Manage employee work clothing change requests and coordinate travel arrangements/expense reports.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes (e.g., OHSE/JHSC) and maintain action registries.
- Support SAP IM tasks, VES reporting, and monthly safety plan compliance tracking.

- Must possess customer service experience.
Skills
- Utilize system parameters to generate reports and analyze data.
- Keyboarding, software and system proficiency.
