About the role

Responsibilities
- Contributes to the design and administration of all field-based compensation programs for the Alexion US Commercial organization that recognize and reward employee performance and drive business results.
- Collaborates with technology partners to define system business specifications, automate performance reporting and incentive calculations, and implement quality control measures to ensure high level of data and reporting accuracy.
- Supports the ongoing monitoring and analysis of incentive plans and manages field inquiries related to incentive compensation.
- Contributes to the complex research and analysis of rewards and incentive compensation programs in support of business objectives.
- Supports existing programs, generating insights, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in sales performance analytics and reporting.
- Ability to employ AI tools to generate insights from complex and disparate data sources.
- As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer
Nice to have
- At least 2 years of experience in sales incentive compensation design and analytics - ideally within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Experience with specialty and/or orphan/rare disease therapies.
- Expertise in analytical tools such as SQL, QLIK, Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a lean, dynamic and nimble environment and adjust to changing priorities.
- Capability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines.
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Math, or related major is preferred).

- The annual base pay for this position ranges from $100,312.80 - $150,469.20 USD.
