About the role
- Member of Technical Staff (Applied AI) The Senior Applied AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in defining how AI agents navigate the web.
Responsibilities
- Framework Development: Build and maintain open-source tools and libraries that simplify the integration of AI agents with browser environments.
- Performance Benchmarking: Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the reliability and efficiency of browser-based AI tasks.
- Customer Collaboration: Act as a technical partner for early adopters to ensure successful implementation of the platform's infrastructure.
- Full-Stack Capability: Proven experience shipping product features from design through to model integration.
- Developer Focus: A strong interest in developer tooling and clear opinions on developer ergonomics and API design.
- Product Sense: Strong intuition for product-market fit and the ability to prioritize features that drive developer value.

- Proven experience shipping product features from design through to model integration.
- A strong interest in developer tooling and clear opinions on developer ergonomics and API design.
- By developing sophisticated browser infrastructure, the organization enables developers to deploy AI products that interact seamlessly with the web via a proprietary Sessions API.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience writing high-quality, production-grade code.
- Exceptional technical writing skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- The ability to thrive in a self-directed, highly autonomous work environment.

Compensation
- $140,000 - $260,000 Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health and dental insurance for employees and their families.
