About the role
- Will work between multiple stores in the district. $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.
- The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager.
- Extra Space Storage is the largest self storage company in the United States by store count, with over 4,000 stores nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience.
- Regularly required to lift or move items up to 35 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
