  • As a Technical Program Manager, you play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction and oversight of electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and API integrations within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as project lead and work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve data accuracy, onboard new clients, and enhance communication with partners and clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years client-facing technical project management experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in API standards and protocols, along with practical experience in API integrations.
  • AI proficiency is a core capability, reinforced through clear standards, tooling, and ongoing support.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate and elevate your outcomes
  • including but not limited to communication drafting, data analysis, prompt engineering, and/or documentation
  • Experience as an IT Project Manager - capable of leading technical teams from a strategic business standpoint.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with trading partners, vendors, and internal teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and project execution.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in program management, preferably in the ERP, EDI, CRM or eCommerce space.
  • Master's degree is a plus.

Compensation

  • $110,000-$160,000 per year.
  • This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience.
  • Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.
  • For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.
  • Charitable contribution match up to $250 per year
