- As a Forward Deployment Engineer at Authenticx, you will serve as a customer-facing technical leader responsible for bringing our platform to life within complex enterprise healthcare environments. You'll partner directly with customer stakeholders to understand their workflows, systems, and operational challenges, then design and build solutions that
Responsibilities
- Customer Discovery & Solution Design
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand workflows, system dependencies, and operational goals
- Translate business needs into technical designs, including integrations, data mappings, and workflow logic
- Document architecture, constraints, and key dependencies
- Design and build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware
- Use SQL to validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support testing
- Support testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities and deployment models
Requirements
- Experience in forward deployed, solutions, implementation, or integration engineering roles
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with production data
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NICE, Genesys, Veeva, or similar
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, or event-driven systems
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience deploying software in complex enterprise organizations
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and cross-system data mapping
- Experience influencing product direction based on customer needs
