Budget Control: Monitor and manage project budgets with accurate cost reporting and accountability.
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Conduct team meetings and maintain collaboration.
Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols to maintain compliance and a safe work environment.
Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely updates and issue resolution.
Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Building a positive internal culture to foster success across the business

Possess 3-5 years of supervisory experience in project control, including scheduling, budgeting and Invoicing.
In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
Secure required permits and ensure alignment with local codes and regulations.

Post secondary education in Project Management, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Additional certifications such as PMP is an asset.
Solid understanding of construction financials and cost management.
Proven experience in construction management with an ability to lead diverse teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Use tools like Procore to track and log project data, including reports, RFIs, and approvals.
