- You'll be embedded in our developer community day-to-day, spotting patterns in what customers need and shipping code, demos, and automation that raise the bar for the entire Helius developer experience.

Responsibilities
- Automate support workflows using internal tooling, scripts and AI-assisted systems
- Collaborate with engineering on feature requests, bug reports, and customer-driven improvements
- Live in Discord and Telegram to support developers, gather feedback, and spot new patterns
- Partner with enterprise and ecosystem teams to design integrations and optimize performance
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical role (support, engineering, solutions or devrel)
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs, SDK design, or open-source contributions
- Prior startup experience or work in a small, fast-moving team
- High-impact work: Your code will power applications used by millions across the Solana ecosystem, including Coinbase, Jupiter, and Phantom

- Comfort reading and writing code (TypeScript & Rust preferred)
