Responsibilities
- Run thermal vacuum (TVAC) tests and maintain TVAC operations through qualification testing.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to develop, assemble, and test aerospace components.
- Perform development and production activities on space systems and satellites with minimal documentation and oversight, exercising sound judgment to keep pace with an accelerated schedule.
- Apply detailed knowledge of electronic and mechanical fabrication methods to assemble hardware or perform rework.
- Maintain full familiarity with flight hardware deployment procedures.
- Perform tests on development and prototype hardware with minimal direction from engineers.
- Perform system fault testing, including continuity checks, functional checkouts, and voltage measurements.
- Generate and review job hazard assessments, establish safety controls, and drive corrective actions to completion.

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in aerospace, aviation, military, or a related field, including:
- Hands-on experience with thermal vacuum chambers.
- Hands-on experience with electrical assembly tools, bench testing, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- experience working on flight hardware, satellites, or other high-reliability systems.
- Ability to fully execute work orders, enforce safety standards, and complete complex testing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience scheduling work and coordinating competing priorities using Jira or similar tools.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and inventory planning.
- Able to lift 30 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, grasp, sit, pull, push, stoop, and stretch as required for the position.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is a plus
- Experience with high thermal conditions
- Hands on experience with complex elecro-mechanical system
- Prior experience supporting small-sat, or rapid-prototype satellite programs where speed and resourcefulness outweigh heavy process overhead

- Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous mate
