About the role
- You'll work closely with founders, customers (defense BD/capture teams), and the product team-talking directly to users, iterating fast, presenting prototypes, and shipping high-quality code daily in a high-stakes, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack features using Next.js, React, and Python.
- Develop robust data pipelines and backend systems to ingest, process, and make government contract data useful.
- Create intuitive, customer-facing UIs that defense pros love (and get roasted by them for feedback!).
- Hands-on experience building AI agents and utilizing LLMs effectively (e.g., OpenAI APIs).
- The government requires TopTechTalent.ai to maintain information on those who seek employment with the company, including their race and sex.
- Fast-paced, lean team of hackers, misfits, and defense enthusiasts who have fun building impactful tech.

Compensation
- Competitive salary: $160K-$230K (based on experience).
