Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations to maximize productivity and meet KPI.
  • Investigate and resolve distribution issues, implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and support a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • You understand the big picture but also have an innate ability to drill down and execute with high attention to detail.
  • You can see how your role fits in with the organization.
  • Ability to load/unload shipments in various weather conditions.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Physical Demands:
  • Work in environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Lift and move at least 50 pounds repeatedly
  • climb ladders up to 20 feet.
  • Wear appropriate safety equipment.
  • Mental Demands:
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a busy, interrupt-driven environment.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written) with team members, management, vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professionalism.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP (NetSuite preferred), WMS, and TMS systems.
  • Forklift operation and certification (preferred)
  • Ability to safely operate a box truck as needed.
  • Strong commitment to excellence, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems, with Paylocity experience preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs), labor, freight, and supply costs.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Compensation

  • Compensation: $70,000
