About the role
- Reporting to the Partner, the Senior Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries.
- This is a hybrid consulting role requiring both virtual and on-site client support.
- No two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Fractional HR Services Act as the dedicated HR partner for SME clients, providing ongoing strategic and operational HR support.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with clients while serving as an extension of their internal leadership teams.
- Lead projects from discovery through implementation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams across Crowe BGK when appropriate.
- You will provide both strategic and operational HR support through ongoing fractional HR engagements, project-based consulting, and compliance initiatives.
- You'll work directly with business owners and leadership teams to develop practical HR solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with Quebec and Canadian employment legislation.

Requirements
- The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling throughout the Greater Montreal area and surrounding regions to support client needs.
