Level III · 3×
Level I$68,8691 entry
Level II$94,5782 entries
Level III$120,2663 entries
Level IV$145,9744 entries

$20,114 more — $145,974 — moves this role to Level IV and 4 lottery entries. That figure is inside the range the employer already advertised.

Based on the DOL prevailing wage for this occupation and worksite, a base salary of $145,974 would place this position at wage Level IV. That figure is within the posted range, and I'd like to target it. This role classifies under "Construction Managers" for prevailing-wage purposes.

Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Third-party placement is common here

25% of this employer's visa filings place the worker at a client company rather than at the employer itself, across 4 clients. Your visa, salary band and layoff exposure would follow the employer of record, not the client. Most common: Invenergy · Massachusetts Port Authority · People's Gas Light and Coke Company

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.
