About the role
- You'll craft beautiful experiences that intelligently and intuitively blend agentic workflows and "traditional" ui.
- You'll be responsible for execution, holding everyone to a high standard of quality.
- This is not a role where you'll spend your day in Figma.
Responsibilities
- As a member of the Design team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the experience business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs will have when using Durable.
- You'll work across all teams at Durable to define and deliver what the future of AI UX looks like.
- design patterns and component libraries that scaled beyond the features you built them for
- you have an eye for exceptional brand design and motion and want to help us push the Durable brand further (in product and across marketing)
- startup experience or having launched something of your own
Requirements
- Experience designing AI or generative experiences: prompt interfaces, automated output, multi-modal interactions
Nice to have
- This role is based in Vancouver.
- We currently work in-office two days per week on Mondays & Thursdays.
Compensation
- is $190,000-$240,000 CAD base plus equity, for Vancouver-based candidates, depending on seniority.
- Actual salary takes experience, location, and other factors into account.
