About the role
- We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Processing Technician to join our HNTB team.
- This is a customer service-focused position located on-site at the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Oversize/Overweight Permit Unit in Garner, North Carolina.
- The work hours are in the evening from 5 pm to 10 pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Maintains up-to-date training for Purchase Card Industry (PCI) standards.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with mapping or routing software
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Hourly rate:
- Starting rate is $21/hour with the opportunity to advance.
- Processes transportation permit applications for appropriate agency.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- What We Prefer:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in map reading and spatial orientation
