About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the local/regional Procurement process in accordance with established Reworld procedures and policies.
This role also provides leadership and guidance on procurement initiatives and may oversee direct reports.

Ability to develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective internal and external partnerships
Supporting KPI development, tracking, and reporting to drive procurement performance and continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
5+ years of relevant procurement and supply chain experience required
Strong understanding of procurement contracting, legal terms, risk management, warranties, and liability
Experience with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling, contract structures, and change management
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP) and Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical audiences

$97,481.00 - $134,010.00 USD.
For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary.
To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.

The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable).
