Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, financial discipline, chemistry, or engineering with the desire to pursue a commercial-oriented career
- Basic Qualifications

- Previous experience at Covestro
- Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering major preferred
- Chemistry major preferred
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication, listening, project planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information accurately
- Proven experience in achieving results by working in a team environment
- Established leadership skills through involvement in extracurricular or community
