About the role

As a Technical Program Manager at Muon Space, you delight our customers and users with high-quality products and solutions delivered on time and on budget, meeting our contractual obligations.
You are cognizant of how all the pieces need to come together for successful program execution and can turn that into well-organized roadmaps, schedules, and budgets that you then track throughout the program lifecycle.
This role is based in San Jose with a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office).

Lead a multidisciplinary aerospace development effort, driving day-to-day execution of the program

5+ years relevant experience in program management
Track record of successfully delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) on time, to scope, with high quality.
Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems.
Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines.
Experience in vendor and contract management
System engineering and experience with inter-discipline technical trade study
Experience working with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Julia) and database queries (e..g SQL, BigQuery) for data integration, analysis, and dashboarding.
Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
Experience managing and growing teams
Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems. Ability to instantiate and manage integrated master schedules.

The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $208,000 plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package.
Final compensation will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.
