About the role
- Position Overview Department: Rehab Services Schedule: Work when full-time staff are on PTO and during times of high patient census.
- Provide physical therapy interventions under a plan of care written by a physical therapist.
- What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Responsibilities
- Perform therapy interventions utilizing techniques and skills as appropriate for the patient population.
- Document treatment interventions given.
Requirements
- Required Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy Asst credentialed from the Alabama Board of Physical Therapy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- High school diploma or GED required.
