About the role

- This will include but not be limited to the efficient and effective operation of all related production equipment.
- They will also ensure that all operations and products meet or exceed government and company specifications and standards.
Responsibilities
- This role works closely with quality, and warehouse teams to support continuous improvement and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic corrective actions
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility and perform general housekeeping duties
- Record shift data and support inventory tracking
- Assist with unplanned tasks and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in a food or dairy production environment (asset)
- Experience or ability to be trained in operating multiple pieces of processing equipment.
- Changing over sizes and cleaning machine are required.
- Update required documentation
Skills
- Demonstrated solid multi-tasking, problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Proven communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
