About the role

Responsibilities
- Complete daily rounds to support quality care.
- Support MDS compliance, clinical documentation, and routine compliance audits.
- Help evaluate and implement new clinical equipment or technology.
- Support frontline staff through coaching, supervision, interviews, and performance feedback as assigned.
- It is a partnership with older adults who bring their own stories, strengths, and perspectives to the community.
Requirements
- Ability to work closely with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, and team members.

Compensation
- $42.00-$50.88 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and wage grid placement.
